Leadership Development
The Leadership Academy is a component of the Center for Engineering Student Excellence which focuses on the overall development of the individual engineering student, with particular emphasis given to leadership skills and the importance of effective leadership. Through the Leadership Academy's Book Club, student's have the opportunity to read literature about successful leaders and participate in discussions with Bagley College faculty. Also, through the Academy's speaker series, students can learn first-hand from the experiences of engineering leaders already working in business and industry.
